Osabi Lekha ensures each of our Jeweleries are of premium quality, so our pieces made of high quality base alloy are coated with Premium Anti-Tarnish so that it becomes naturally sweat-proof. But we advise you to avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals and store in a dry, cool place and clean with a soft, dry cloth.
2.What payment options are available?
All the payment procedures are absolutely secure.
In India, we accept Debit Card, Credit Card, Google-Pay, Paytm, UPI, Bank Transfer. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD)
3.Can I convert COD to Prepaid?
Yes, COD orders can be converted to Prepaid.
4.The payment got debited from my account, but I did not receive an order confirmation. How to get this resolved?
