Return & Exchange Policy

At Osabi Lekha, shop with confidence with our customer-friendly return policy. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  • You can raise a return request from HERE within 2 days of the delivery of the order. 
  • Return of Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 or Buy 2 Get 1 would be eligible for refund to Osabi Wallet (Store credit).
  • Items sold at a strike-through or discounted price (without applying a coupon) are eligible for return.
  • For product returns, please ensure that all freebies received with the order are returned along with the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS :

  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is required. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.
  • For returns initiated due to personal preference (change of mind, style preference, etc.), a Reverse Logistics Charge of ₹249 will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any product received damaged, defective, or incorrect will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Orders placed using Osabi Wallet Credit are not eligible for refund or return unless the product is received damaged or wrong.

INITIATING A RETURN REQUEST :

  1. Go to the Return/Exchange section on the Osabi Lekha website or app menu, or follow this link :
  2. Enter your Osabi Lekha Order ID and Contact Number. Ensure the Order ID is correctly entered, beginning with #Osabi026.
  3. Choose the items you wish to return.
  4. Provide necessary details: select a return reason, upload a minimum of two images, specify the pickup address and date and choose your refund method.
  5. An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items / damaged item in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.
  6. Review your information and confirm the return request.

REFUNDS :

  • Refunds are processed in 7–10 working days as per RBI guidelines, following item pickup and verification.
  • Prepaid orders : Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD orders : Refunded to UPI or bank account provided by you.
  • Store Credit : Refunded to Osabi Wallet, which can be redeemed at checkout in time of any future purchase from Osabi Lekha.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item, we will arrange an exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

• Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange it with the correct item ordered by you.

• Size Issue

If there is a size issue, you may request an exchange for the same design in a different size or available variant.

If the exact item is not available, our team will assist you with the closest available variant or process a refund.

  2. Enter your Osabi Order ID and Contact Number. Ensure the Order ID is correctly entered, beginning with #Osabi026.
  3. Choose the specific items from your order that you wish to exchange.
  4. Provide Required Information :
    • Specify an exchange reason.
    • Upload at least two images of the items.
    • Upload unboxing video of the damaged items.
    • Enter your pickup address and preferred date.
  5. Choose whether you want an exchange for the same item or for a different size / color.
  6. Review all provided information and finalize your exchange request.
